It was suggested that the Chevrolet Nova would not sell in Latin America, as no va means "it doesn't go" in Spanish. Do you suppose that the Japanese will have a similar problem, now that Toyota means "it won't stop" in English?

Why are there so many of the original 1990-1996 GM mini-vans still on the road? I don't think we liked these when they were new, as they drew comparisons with aardvarks and dustbusters. Does this mean we will have to endure Pontiac Azteks for the next 20 years as well?
